The room which we booked was a standard room and was very nice but a bit on the smaller side so there was no desk or chair to work. There was a large outdoor balcony and the bathroom was a good size and all was very comfortable. The Spa and upper terrace area was fantastic! Nice pool and sauna and relax area. The breakfast was EXCELLENT. So many choices alla buffet and in addition even had a menu to chose other items made to order. Compliments! Very nice

The hosts were very helpful, we received a free transport card for the local buses, free voucher for Mar Dolomiti aqua park and also a promotion voucher for Dolomiti ski pass. Ski bus stop "Luna" is very close to the residence. Ortisei is great and this was a great place to explore it.

Great location ! It was a short 20 minute drive to the hike at Tre Cime. I was worried after reading other reviews, but we had a fantastic stay. Our room was large and comfortable. There was a great breakfast spread. The staff was very nice ! It is a little expensive but it’s very VERY reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. We had a great stay and would choose this hotel again.

The hotel is great, in an outstanding location and there is an exit from it to an amazing forest trip, but the main thing is the staff who go above and beyond and make sure I feel as if I am the only guest in the hotel. We loved everything from the start - easy check-in, very friendly stuff, we were very surprised about amount of entertainment the hotel has - from hiking/bike tours to spa and wellness like yoga and stretching, we enjoyed a lot massages, facial and spa in general, pools have amazing Mountain View, the whole territory is very stylish and clean, and room was specious, bed was super comfy. And another big thanks for the food!! it was the best breakfast we’ve ever had! And we tried first night to dine at the restaurant, and the same day changed our just bed and breakfast deal to half board, because the food was so good and definitely worth to pay for! Also amazing selection of local wines 👍 every staff was very polite, friendly and professional! highly recommended

This is the best place to stay when visiting the Dolomites. We were amazed by our bungalow we stayed in and the views the park offered. I would and plan to return. We loved the spa and facilities. The restaurants on the site were awesome as well. They were super pet as well.

Wow!! No words can describe our experience at My Arbor. Our stay lasted only 24 hours but we truly enjoyed every second of it!! Truly the best get away for a couple. The beautiful esthetics in every small detail, super welcoming stuff, great program of activities for the whole day (from special sauna infusions to guided meditative walks in the forest), amazing and super rich breakfast full of local products. Everything is just so well thought through. So much private spaces in public area of the hotel where you can just completely disconnect from all the worries. And of course the VIEW! Just WOW. A beautiful retreat from all the rush of everyday life. Special thanks goes to Manuel, for making us experience the nature inside and around the hotel in a full.
