Boasting a peaceful location and lake views, Casa Fantini - Lake Time is a boutique hotel on the shores of Lake Orta, in Pella. Beautiful hotel, perfect location. Peaceful and private yet right by the waters edge. Staff exceptional aa was breakfast and all food and drink.

The Hotel Ristorante Villa Crespi is set in an impressive 19th-century building surrounded by private gardens which lead to a beautiful lake. This hotel is breathtakingly beautiful! Feels like you're staying in your very own private castle. Stunning architecture, lavish rooms, a relaxing atmosphere, superb views of Lake Orta, convenient but secluded location, a world-class restaurant, delicious breakfast and faultless service from the staff!

Set a few steps from the shores of Lake Orta, Hotel Bocciolo offers accommodation in Orta San Giulio, 1.5 km from Piazza Motta. Guests can enjoy restaurant service. I stayed at the Bocciolo on a last minute booking, and was thrilled I did. First, the staff is incredibly helpful and gave clear instructions on how to walk around to see the town. Second, the location is incredible. Not only close to the attractions in town (within a 20-25 minute walk), but right across from the lake as well. With my balcony room, I sat outside all evening under the umbrella in the rain sipping wine. It was fabulous. Third the breakfast - even with COVID protocols - was delicious and there were plenty of gluten free options. The mattress was better than most in Italy, and the WiFi was strong enough I could do the video call required to take my return to the States COVID test without any trouble. Overall, I loved it.

Offering a seasonal outdoor pool and sun terrace, Hotel Madonna di Luciago is situated in Armeno in the Piedmont Region. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and Orta Lake is 5 km from the hotel. This is a beautiful small hotel, near the top of a mountain with a spectacular view. The staff was excellent, and the room was very comfortable with a balcony and a mountain view. I enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant and the staff made me a breakfast "to go" because I had to leave early in the morning to catch my flight. I am so happy to have found this place and look forward to coming back another time.

Located on a hilltop offering panoramic views of Lake Orta, Hotel Battle Of Britain provides simply furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel La Bussola is set in a peaceful location on the promontory of Orta San Giulio, overlooking Lago d'Orta and San Giulio Island. It features a garden with swimming pool. A super location with wonderful views of the lake and the island. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food served was lovely. There was a large variety to choose from at breakfast time.

Hotel Giardinetto is set right on the shore of Lake Orta. It offers free parking, a fine restaurant with panoramic terrace, and an outdoor swimming pool. Rooms come with free Wi-Fi. We were warmly welcomed to an upgraded room by attentive staff. We enjoyed the balcony looking over the lake and the benefit of air conditioning. The restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower.

Situated in Miasino, 21 km from Borromean Islands, Albergo La Genzianella features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Clean, big rooms, great breakfast

La Séca - Antico Albergo Alzese offers accommodation in Pella. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free private parking is available on site. Rooms at the property includes free WiFi. The albergo's location and history were wonderful, as was its cleanliness. It is a period piece that easily accommodates today's traveler (though there is understandably no elevator). What we greatly appreciated the most, however, were the courtesy and hospitality of the owner: a gracious and helpful sculptor and art teacher whose family has owned the property for generations.

Overlooking Lake Orta, 1 km away, Le Betulle offers free Wi-Fi and elegant rooms with a private bathroom and garden views. A nice and clean room. Amazing staff. Beautiful view from the terase. You can take your dog.
