Hotel Aurora overlooks Lake Como in a panoramic setting. Relax at the free, private beach. The hotel includes an early 20th-century property and a lake-view villa built in 2009. An amazing place to stay!! The views were incredible, the staff was super friendly, and the food was top notch. Our highest recommendation would be to update to the suite as you get your own private building, views, and lake lounge access. The breakfast was fresh every morning and our favorite of the entire trip. If you’re looking for a lot to do very close by, this is not your place. If you are looking for a sleepy town with great food and easy access (boat/ferry) to the busier towns, then this is your spot. You can also rent kayaks, paddle boards, and take out a wakeboarding boat. We spent three nights here and we’re so bummed we had to leave. The ferry and bus runs all day so do not worry about getting around the lake easily. Would highly recommend.

Located in Valmadrera with a Lake Como view ,near Bellagio LUXURY SUITES ROCOPOM - Lake Front has a restaurant. Among the various facilities are a bar and a terrace. The location was great, very quiet, and local. It was an easy 30min taxi/1.5h water ferry to Bellagio and there was lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. The room was fantastic. It had great finishes, was extremely clean, and had an incredible lake view. The staff were really friendly and helpful giving us lots of tips of things to do. They also helped us deal with a parking ticket we got so that we didn't have to spend our precious vacation time waiting in line at the post office to pay it. The breakfasts and dinners at the hotel restaurant was also great. The portions were big and the price/value ratio was perfect.
