Enjoy free WiFi, complimentary breakfast buffets and a host of comforts at this elegant 4-star hotel and residence set in the historic centre of Lucca. The hotel and staff far exceeded our expectations. First class! Our experience began upon an early arrival where we were offered complimentary snacks, coffee, soft drinks (beer) while we waited for our room. The room was beautifully decorated. Again, all day snacks are available plus 5:30-7pm happy hour wine. Breakfast was great and the staff was exceedingly helpful with dinner recommendations and reservations. We will stay again if in the area and recommend to friends!

Set in Lucca's historic centre, 650 metres from Piazza Anfiteatro, Palazzo Dipinto offers spacious rooms with free WiFi. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. The property was clean and the owner and administrator were extremely helpful. The helped with setting up and bed and sheets for my daughter when she unexpected came to visit me. They also found a bag we left behind and returned it to us. The landlord, Paolo, and his team were helpful, warm and friendly. They really helped make my 3 week stay in Lucca a good one.

Just 200 metres from Lucca Train Station and a 5-minute walk from the city walls, Albergo Moderno offers air-conditioned rooms with LCD TV. Really beautiful and quiet location. The breakfast was also nice and the family that runs the hotel was also kind. The owner/manager was very kind to help me with my luggage up the stairs, but it is definitely easier here with light luggage :) If you are coming by train, make sure to ask about reaching the property by the back exit of train station to avoid taking large stairs to cross the town.

Took a taxi right outside the train station for 10 Euros. Walked 10 minutes into the old city center. Hotel was great, breakfast great. I would stay there again
