I was blown away by the breakfast. There were two choices. First off was Italian: a cornetto, marmalades, bread, orange juice and cappuccino. Of you could opt for "Continental" which meant almost anything else including; prosciutto, cheese, bread, fresh eggs (scrambled, fried, whatever), yogurt, orange juice, cappuccino and other things I have forgotten. One of the best breakfasts (included in the room price) that I've ever had at an Albergo. The entire staff were helpful, friendly and professional. When I reserved the room I expected something normal, but instead I got something really nice. It's simple, no frills, but it has everything it should have and more.

Ilmainen pysäköinti Hotellin pihalla. Rauhallinen alue. Helppo sisään kirjautuminen vaikka saavuimme vasta 22:00 ja ilmoitimme tästä etukäteen Bookingin kautta. Aulasta ostettua juotavaa, mutta myöhäiseen aikaan saavuttaessa on hyvä ottaa evästä matkalta mukaan. Maisema on upea ja aurinkoisella kelillä varmasti upeampi, kuin mitä kerkesimme kokea.

The liver pate was a real surprise & so good, I ordered it again the following night. The steak was cooked to perfection and the pasta was outstanding. Located 7 minutes (by car) from Montalcino, spacious cottages with all facilities that one should need. Didn't have a view of Montalcino, but decent views of the Tuscan landscape, decent for star-gazing - We could see Milky Way! :) Good breakfast spread, helpful hosts and accommodating wrt our needs. Overall a very wholesome experience!
