I've never had this kind of personal experience / friendliness in any hotels I've visited. The service was amazing. I brought my parents to this trip and they were pleased every morning.. Niccolo greeted us with a big warm smile and guided us to the breakfast room / explanining everything they have. We also loved the coffee but we felt bad because we kept ordering for more. The triple room was big enough to accommodate all of us (3) and everything was spotless clean. I would recommend this place to my friends and my sister!

On top of all that the breakfast was great too. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time we visit Montepulciano. A great stay!

The room was extremely comfortable and the furniture and decor transport you back in time. Breakfast was great and the restaurant (Da Bartolomeo) offered some fantastic dinner options - make sure to book in advance during weekends as it's quite popular in the area. The staff were lovely and extremely friendly, and Angelica offered us a warm welcome and gave us lots of recommendations on what to visit and where to eat authentic Tuscan food.

Vintage but well-maintained and very clean. The double bed was big enough and comfortably firm with fresh feeling on linen. There's a tub in bathroom! Breakfast looked professionally arranged and impeccable in every aspects. All the staffs spoke English fluently even if it is located in countryside.
