The staff is very friendly and helpful, they were always there for us. Also, Lorena is a wonderful person, she recommended us where to go to dinner and what we must see on the island, she arranged a car rental for us and she was always taking care of the guests. The hotel is very beautiful and very romantic. It has a pool, beautiful gardens, terraces and also a place with sunbeds next to the beach where you can see the Vulcano while relaxing. Also, the hotel is next to the both main beaches with dark sand and hot waters. It was the perfect holiday and we cannot wait to go back <3

The hotel is beautiful, with nice views, and the land has lots of fruit trees and birds. Francesca, the owner, was very kind and helpful. We loved our breakfast of fresh-squeezed orange juice, coffee, and pastries.
