This family-run boutique hotel has the nicest, most caring staff you will ever experience. They bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable and at home, and they will do so with a friendly smile. The location is right in the city center on a main street, but we didn't hear any of the street noise, which was a great benefit. You can comfortably walk to the historical / tourist area within 7 minutes. There you can explore all that Madaba has to offer. Our stay was on a rainy and cold night, and the heating system in the room worked perfectly, so that we had a very nice and toasty experience staying there. The hotel fills your fridge with free drinks and also supplies you with free nuts and snacks. It is a very nice gesture that was much appreciated. The breakfast is phenomenal. There is an amazing choice and everything was freshly made, clean and extremely tasty. The staff was extremely friendly and made sure that we got everything that we needed.

Sono rimasta veramente sorpresa, staff gentilissimo, camera molto carina e pulita. Molto apprezzato il fatto di avere a disposizione the e acqua a costo zero durante il giorno.

The Mosaic City Hotel is a small and friendly hotel in the heart of Madaba, within easy walking distance of the Church of St George and the famous mosaic map of the Holy Land. Struttura a gestione famigliare in ottima posizione. Si trova a circa 300 m dal centro storico e situato nella zona nuova della città, vicino a ristoranti e negozi. All'interno dell'hotel si trova anche un pub molto ben fornito di alcolici di ogni tipo. È possibile inoltre vedere qualche partita e giocare a bigliardo. Le camere sono ben spaziose e rinnovate di recente, almeno in buona parte. La colazione è abbondante, ma non mi pare vengano preparate pietanze su richiesta (tipo omelett). La pulizia è ottima in ogni locale e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso trovo questa struttura molto conveniente dall'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Property well maintained, nice swimming pool, and restaurant offers a very reasonable evening dinner (our first night we had chicken tagine for 8.50jd, generous portions, they also serve beer and wine). Our room had a very comfortable bed and extra pillows, clean bathroom and a small balcony. Staff was very welcoming and helpful when we needed to get some laundry taken care of. A breakfast buffet, served at their rooftop terrace with wonderful views of the city, many options (eggs, sausage, beans, hummus, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, several kinds of bread, jams, pancakes, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice - we stayed three days and we could always put together different dishes and not feel like we were eating the same thing) On our second day we enjoyed lunch at Ayola Cafe which had been recommended by another guest on a previous review on booking. It was a good hotel to be based out of to visit mount Nebo, Ma’in hot springs and other places around the area

L'elegante Grand Hotel Madaba sorge nel cuore di Madaba, a breve distanza a piedi dalla Chiesa degli Apostoli e a 2 minuti di auto dal famoso mosaico Mappa di Terrasanta e dalla Chiesa di San Giorgio.... The property was very central, it was very clean, rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and very accommodating
