Teen Ranch Kenya Is situated at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro in Kimana Amboseli and features a garden. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a restaurant. Teen ranch is an affordable, homely, rustic accommodation that will have you connecting with nature and relaxing in no time. The staff (Johnathan, Brian and Bernard) go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and at home😊 The rooms are basic but comfortable. The food is satisfying and well prepared by chef Themba, with soft drinks available for a nominal fee at the site The location with the view of Mount Kilimanjaro and 20 minutes from Amboseli game park is wonderful! Our kids went on nature’s walks with Brian, helped cook with Johnathan and loved playing basket ball with the kids that were visiting the camp site. We enjoyed being taken by Jonathan to see some of the town activities (market day and the cattle auctions) giving us a taste of the local Masai Kenyan community life😊. We came home with beautiful Masai blankets😁 It was a holiday we will remember for many many years!! Thanks for making our 14 day quarantine in Kenya from South Africa travelling to the UAE one to remember😊💖 PS we hired a car to travel to Teen Ranch and then to go to the park. We had a 4x2 and struggled on some of the park roads but managed...A 4x4 would have been better but pick up and safari drives can be arranged by the staff at Teen Ranch as well for an additional fee.

I have been so fortunate to go to Africa six times and this was my second visit to Kenya but my first to Amboseli. Lovely small tents with big views of Kilimanjaro with an outdoor shower! This feels like my African home. I have stayed in many great campsites but none match this place in landscape, tranquility, guiding, and intimacy of the staff. I can’t imagine returning to Africa without coming here. I completely understand why it has lovely comments.

Situated in Amboseli National Park, Kilima offers spacious accommodation with views of the animal water pools and the Mount Kilimanjaro. The Kilima camp is very close to the main entrance of Amboseli, and is inside a compound that also features a small conference center. The dining hall is large and rather beautiful, with a comfortable bar located on the opposite site. There is a tower inside the dining area which, via several intermediate floors, leads up to a roof deck which offers a spectacular view over Amboseli and surrounding landscape. We really liked our spacious, almost luxurious tent, which featured a wooden sliding door and a large ensuite bathroom. In fact, it felt more like a house than a tent. The food was excellent throughout.
