The shower and toilet are separated, which is very rare in this part of the world. Price/quality ratio was excellent.

Wow! What a perfect stay. I loved it at Residence Bassac. Recently refurbed the place glows with care and is spotless. I couldn’t decide at first on a double with river view or the two story with balcony and was very happy with the later. Super spacious with a great layout and furnishings. AC is strong and lots of great little touches including turn down service. The staff were very helpful and friendly, arranging a scooter, tuktuks and airport taxis. The restaurant has a beautiful open setting to the street and river. And best of all Vat Phou is about 20mins away. I’d gladly stay again, sad to go!

Warm welcome and directly at the boat pier. Quiet with a great view to the river, especially on rhe upper floor. Each room with hammock outside to relax. Hot shower wirh good pressure. Bicycle cheap to rent, booking of transports and trips always possible. Owner lady has a restaurant 100 meters away and offers excellent food and drinks whole day. Thanks for a perfect 4 nights stay. Heaven Guesthouse se encuentra en Pakse, a 5 min a pie de International bus station KM 2, y ofrece alojamiento con salón de uso común, parking privado gratis, terraza y restaurante. Had a very nice time here at the guesthouse. Great way to truly experience Pakse. Spent afternoons in the ac room. Could walk to town center or tuktuk. Tina was fun to talk with and hung out with her and some of her friends one of the nights and felt very welcome. Will return!

Centrally located near bus terminus - comfortable clean and helpful attentive staff - we stayed in economy room which was fine - roof top bar and restaurant was excellent -able to leave valuables with reception - much better breakfasts than we have been used to on our travels!
