We booked various tours through Gabaa and we were able to see so much in the area, including dozens of elephants! We definitely would stay again!

Spacious and clean in lovely surroundings. Food was excellent but it was the friendliness of the owner and staff that made the difference.

We started our journey in Sri Lanka from Wilpattu National Park and we decided to spend two days in this magnificent place immersed in the nature, no chaos, just the sound of the birds. The rooms are simple, but they have everything you need. The owner Anta is such a nice person and also knows a lot about the area and its wildlife: he took us on a birding tour on the first day and we spotted many beautiful species. We also had a full day safari with Arshe, one of his guide, and its been magic! So I really can say that this place is fully recommended if you like nature, nice food and good people!

Aia, tasuta privaatse parkimise, ühise puhkeruumi ja terrassiga Divine Villa asub Anuradhapuras, 3,3 km kaugusel Anuradhapura raudteejaamast. Nice hotel next to a water creek, a very relaxed atmosphere, kind and attentive host and personnel, delicious meals, comfy bed, hot water, AC worked perfectly, decent WiFi. It was 10 minutes by tuk-tuk to the city center and the Ancient City. Hasan was always checking if everything was okay, his wife and Hasan himself cooked delicious meals for me. Also, Hasan told me what to visit in the Ancient City, and arranged a safari and a day-trip to Polonnaruwa for me, which was very convenient.

They have a great selection of breakfast and dinner menus and their friendly staff is very welcoming. Manager nilusha Munasinghe is always one step ahead assessing your needs. A great place to stay.

Yaluwa Tourist Rest & food class asub Anuradhapuras, 3 km kaugusel Kada Panaha tankist. Kohapeal on aed, tasuta eraparkla ja terrass. Yaluwa Tourist Rest and Cookery is just about the sweetest place on earth to relax. It is a small and friendly family run establishment with just a few rooms located in a lush garden setting. My room was palacial with a comfortable king bed, mini refrigerator, bottled drinking water and stylish bathroom. Everything was clean and fresh, including the AC. They have a lovely garden nook where I was treated to complete and tasty breakfasts. The place is run by an adorable couple, Supun and Chaya, who were just the best! They helped me figure out what to do and how to do it in the 3 days I spent in Anuradhapura. For a small fee I rented a bicycle from Supun and Chaya and took a leisurely ride around the countryside. Highly recommended!! I also took Chaya’s cookery class which was a ton of fun. You will learn to make 7 Sri Lankan dishes using ingredients that are readily available outside of Sri Lanka. Take notes! And be prepared for a filling meal afterwards, so book in the afternoon and come hungry. Of note: you do not need to stay at Yaluwa to take the cookery class. Just contact Chaya to set up a time. Like many small hotels and home stays in Anuradhapura, Yaluwa Tourist Rest and Cookery is located a few km out from the center of town on a small, quiet road. I used a bicycle one day and a tuk tuk the next to visit various ruins and get around town. Yaluwa will arrange a tuk tuk for you if you want to explore the ruins that way. The hospitality and kindness at Yaluwa Tourist Rest and Cookery was outstanding. A fantastic value that I highly recommend!

Lopsakas rohelises ja rahulikus keskkonnas paiknev hotell Heladiv asub SLAF Anuradhapura lennujaamast 6 km kaugusel. WiFi-ühendus on tasuta. Igas terrassiga toas on televiisor ja konditsioneer. Very nice and cosy hotel in Anuradhapura. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The staff super friendly and the food very good. It was one of the best Hotels we stayed in while in Sri Lanka. The atmosphere was very calm and cozy. Would definetely stay there again. :)

Sadula Holiday Resort asub Anuradhapuras, 3,9 km kaugusel Anuradhapura raudteejaamast. Kohapeal on aed, tasuta eraparkla, terrass ja restoran. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was superb. The foods are vary delicious and fresh. Same as the staff was very friendly. The location where the hotel is located is very good.

I only came to Habarana for one day, but because I got to stay in Habarana, I stayed in Habarana for two days. The best place I have stayed in Sri Lanka. Very free. Very honest. Best place to stay for a very friendly and fun family. I felt like I was in a castle. 🫶🏻
