Located in Bauņi, 29 km from Valmiera Culture Centre and 29 km from Concert Hall Valmiera, Brivdienu maja Ūtkas offers a garden and air conditioning. Host was very helpfull and nice. House was spacious and comfy. Area was amazing. We had the best time.

Atpūtas namiņš er gististaður með verönd í Burtni, 24 km frá Valmiera-menningarmiðstöðinni, 24 km frá tónleikahöllinni í Valmiera og Valmiera-kirkjunni. Went for a Christmas break so that I don't have to decorate at home and we won't be stuck all at home together with nothing to do... turned up to this magical place which was all beautifully decorated with all the Christmas lights and everything you can imagine. It was warm and comfortable with lots of room and all clean and tidy and very practical. We loved the floor downstairs it is slippery hard floor so we could play music from our phone - there was even a music system for our own little family disco sliding on the floor around the tree with the little one all night. The kitchen was perfect, too although we didn't cook, we just ate Christmas sweets because that's what you do when it's the holidays... but if you want to cook, you find everything you need. Both the sauna and hot tub were awesome 👌 we had a choice of rooms, too we were truly spoilt. It was peaceful if we wanted it to be but when we wanted to dance and play music we could do that, too. Having the whole property for ourselves was phenomenal. The host was very helpful and lives on site in a separate house. Always ready and keen to help you. The area is fantastic to explore with kids. Lots of adventures for having fun and get kids worn out every day with fun activities. Book now, you'll love it. We shall return soon, too. Have fun!

Burtnieka ezera māja býður upp á gistingu í Valmiera með ókeypis WiFi, grillaðstöðu og útsýni yfir vatnið. No neighbours - what's there NOT to like? :D Well, on a more serious note: the location is simply super with Lake Asti looming out of the window, roebucks rambling only a few steps from you peeking at them through the window, herons, storks, all sorts of bird, and even a bear cub if I was not mistaken .. you get the picture. There's a boat should you fancy a bit of fishing. In short - the perfect spot to get away from it all.
