Everything was pretty perfect. The hotel is located right in the center of the town with everything you need within a walkable distance. There is also a lovely park on your doorstep. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Would highly recommend and/or gladly stay again!

The receptionist lady was amazing. Even tho we paid for the breakfast and had to leave earlier before it was served, she prepared for us a bag with nutrient rich breakfast for our long drive ahead. The room was clean and with good sound insulation. The bed was very comfy.

Arriving in our room, we were stunned with the treetop view, the spaciousness, the privacy. Breakfast at the restaurant was more than adequate, with several options on the buffet. Staff were polite and accommodating. Location was convenient to the National Park. Grounds were lovely and in a very peaceful setting. Location was a short drive from the historic town center, convenient, but pleasantly remote.

Eco-friendly Karlamuiza Country Hotel is arranged in a building of the old manor. Today, spacious suites with separate kitchens and bedrooms equipped with up-to-date appliances are located there. Beautiful, peaceful location surrounded by nature and beautiful garden. Dinner made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients was delicious. Country sauna was excellent with freshly made tea. Staff were warm and welcoming, always there if needed. Dogs are welcome so everyone was happy :)

Hotel Sigulda is located 984 feet from the train station and offers homely rooms with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Surpassed my expectations. I'm not sure why this hotel is rated as a 3-star; the service feels more like a solid 4 stars. Rooms are really clean, and you can tell the plumbing is new. They even provide slippers, tooth sets and several different pillows, which you'd expect from a higher-rated place. The spa is small but comfy, with a hammam and a hot sauna. Breakfast is not mind-blowing, but it's decent. The staff are helpful and polite, the restaurant has a good menu, what more could I want.
