Hostel Nr.2 is situated in Rauna, 24 km from Cesis New Castle and 24 km from Sculpture Through the Centuries. Very clean and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. We have returned after visiting nearly 2 years ago and the hostel remains just like new! We always book the room with a toilet and shower. The bedroom is large, with a table and chairs and has a beautiful view of the church - see photo! The shower is perfect - everything in this hostel seems to have been carefully considered and designed. The location is excellent, being 2 minutes walk away from 3 different supermarkets yet still is very quiet and relaxing. The castle is opposite and there are many scenic walks in Rauna. An excellent cafe / restaurant is next to the hostel that serves delicious food at very reasonable prices.

Situated just 24 km from Sculpture Battle with Centaurus, Atpūtas māja Puskalni provides accommodation in Rauna with access to an open-air bath, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. We liked everything at the place. Owners did manage to help us out with baby bed and there was baby chare too before we arrived. We was happy that we don't need to meet anyone at the site. The keys where there at safe and there was quick response on messages from owners. Everything was very good explained. Was very warm and comfortable. Was nice to have coffee machine. We liked the view and hot tub. Everything was good. We would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Jaun-Ieviņas is situated in a green, quiet area, 3 km from the Rīga-Veclaicene motorway. It offers cosy rooms with free Wi-Fi and wooden interiors, as well as a private beach area. Away from the busy world. Enjoyed solitude .

With lake views, Glamping DiDille is set in Drusti and has accommodation with a kitchenette. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. It’s a very cute camping site. Obviously it is fare Mia charming in summer, when you have a chance to delight in all the beautiful nature around the glamping. but even in winter it was good to spend a weekend in a far-off place like this. The chimney adds not only charm but also warmth :) We were able to cook our own food there. The lavatory is very good, no inconvenience. Be careful when making a bath, the button at the bottom can be easily un-pressed and all your hot water will leak away, leaving you in a half full bathroom and in need to wait until the boiler warms itself up again. :D but if you’re smarter than me then it will be ok. The place is so far away from the mainland so that we saw two wild deers close to Didille camping site :) (but not on it itself)

Located about 1.2 km from the A2 motorway and 17 km from Cēsis, Guest House Vējaines offers accommodation in a stylish holiday home situated on a little island. Great accommodation for going with friends or family, as everything is situated on a separate island. The sauna gets pleasantly hot and the water surrounding the house is refreshing. We enjoyed everything and the host was also very friendly and nice.

Nice little house, very friendly and helpful hosts! Quiet surrounding, nice pond to sit by at night. There is also sauna in the house, you can ask the owners in advance to prepare it. All in all - we were a group of five, stayed one night and were completely satisfied!
