The staff was very friendly and nice specially the receptionist Farah, She was so helpful and very professional and the best quality she has is that she speaks so many languages which makes her so unique and precious in a place like Nador where you hardly find someone who understands English but Farah knew 6,7 languages. She even knew speaking my native language Urdu and Hindi which surprised me. Overall a great Hotel

Sofiane at reception & Driss (security officer) were absolutely exceptionally excellent at all levels of customer service. They were truly exemplary in every sense and at all levels.
