Just a bit outside of the downtown but a perfect 8 min bike ride to all of the main attractions. Alina and her team were warm and inviting and took great care of us. Right on the water with excellent views, a cozy and delightful spot!!

Staff is very kind and friendly, they have an private, beautiful access to laguna, with chairs and tables, everything around is green and tropical. Nice breakfast also in territory. Definitely worth it, couldn’t imagine better place for staying near by Bacalar. Also they are offering bicycles and kayaks. Pool and very stylish bathrooms.

The owner Flor was easy to reach on WhatsApp, helped us find the best restaurants in town and booked a taxi to the bus station for us. As we don't speak Spanish, this was extremely helpful for us. Also, she is an extremely warm and welcoming woman.

Fantastic, beautiful hotel. Our room was perfect, very well equipped with a gorgeous view. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful both at reception, at the lower deck and at the restaurant (breakfast and dinner). Food was great, both breakfast and dinner. We loved the complimentary kayaks which we used every morning. We have already recommended this hotel to friends, and we will definitely be back!
