I had an incredible experience here, would highly recommend! Everyone is extremely kind and helpful, the food is delicious and fresh, there are comfortable common areas with lots of couches and tables, my room was quite large with a comfortable bed and a gorgeous view out the window. You could not ask for a better location for winter activities--there are lots of trails for skiing, you can go over the mountains to the woods to cross-country ski, and the landscape is absolutely breathtaking. During my stay, I was able to attend the Ice Music festival in an igloo just in front of the hotel, and see ice sculptures by a local artist along the trails. I could not have asked for a better experience. Just make sure to plan ahead for a car or taxi from Ål since the buses don't reach that far up the mountain. I can't recommend it enough, I had such a beautiful stay and hope that I can come back!

Liapark is located 950 meters above sea level, near the Liatoppen Ski Centre, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Hiking trails and nice mountain roads for cycling. Location, especially good for cross-country skiing. Sauna , fireplace makes this place a dream destination.

A recently renovated holiday home set in Ål, Snart er det vår i Hallingdal! features a garden. This holiday home offers accommodation with a patio. Where to start… this place is amazing. The cabin is situated on the hills outside of Ål facing the south. When the sun comes up you will get plenty of sunlight. The view from the cabin is unmatched, especially during sunrise and sunset. There are a few cabins nearby but they were empty during our stay which meant plenty of privacy and solitude. The cabin is fully equipped with everything that you can expect. Due to a storm at sea our boat arrived way later than expected which meant that we arrived past midnight. The owner was waiting down in the village and guided us up the mountain to the cabin where a warm house with a burning fire was waiting. Can’t thank him enough. We had plenty of fun with the sledges on the roads near the cabin. Geilo is a 35min drive. You can charge your EV at the house. The village itself has plenty of (Tesla) superchargers. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Norway during winter!

L'appartamento Kjøniksbu - 3 bedroom cabin si trova ad Ål, a 37 km dalla Chiesa di Torpo Stave, in una zona dove potrete fare escursioni. Sistemazione con vista sulle montagne e terrazza. The cabbin itself was very lovely and you easily feel at home. The view was amazing. The owners were very understanding since we arrived later than expected.

Situato a circa 28 km dalla Chiesa di Torpo, il Gamlestugu hytte offre una vista sul giardino, un patio e l'accesso diretto alle piste sciistiche. La struttura vanta una vista sulle montagne. The atmosphere, sheep around, morning coffee on the terrace, furniture and style of the hytta.

Torpomoen features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Torpo. All units come with a seating area, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries, shower and... I arrived late night and self-checking-in was not a problem. The double room (with private bathroom) I booked was perfect: very clean, cozy and to my surprise: pretty big. It had even a couch easy-chair for all the kings or queens of convenience (like me). Thank you very much. I would like to stay here again
