Bergsjøstølen ligger i naturskjønne omgivelser ved innsjøen Bergsjø. Det har en vedfyrt badestamp ved innsjøen og en tradisjonell norsk restaurant, og skiløypene begynner rett utenfor inngangsdøren. I had an incredible experience here, would highly recommend! Everyone is extremely kind and helpful, the food is delicious and fresh, there are comfortable common areas with lots of couches and tables, my room was quite large with a comfortable bed and a gorgeous view out the window. You could not ask for a better location for winter activities--there are lots of trails for skiing, you can go over the mountains to the woods to cross-country ski, and the landscape is absolutely breathtaking. During my stay, I was able to attend the Ice Music festival in an igloo just in front of the hotel, and see ice sculptures by a local artist along the trails. I could not have asked for a better experience. Just make sure to plan ahead for a car or taxi from Ål since the buses don't reach that far up the mountain. I can't recommend it enough, I had such a beautiful stay and hope that I can come back!

Liapark is located 950 meters above sea level, near the Liatoppen Ski Centre, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Hiking trails and nice mountain roads for cycling. Location, especially good for cross-country skiing. Sauna , fireplace makes this place a dream destination.

Featuring a balcony with mountain views, a garden and barbecue facilities, Solhaug can be found in Torpo, close to Torpo Stave Church and 34 km from Golsfjellet. Alt var veldig bra. Huset er ganske stor, veldig vennlige hus eiere.

Kjøniksbu - 3 bedroom cabin ligger i Ål, 37 km fra Torpo stavkirke, og har gratis WiFi overalt. Du kan ta fotturer i området. Overnattingsstedet har fjellutsikt og en terrasse. The cabbin itself was very lovely and you easily feel at home. The view was amazing. The owners were very understanding since we arrived later than expected.

Torpomoen features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Torpo. All units come with a seating area, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries, shower and... I arrived late night and self-checking-in was not a problem. The double room (with private bathroom) I booked was perfect: very clean, cozy and to my surprise: pretty big. It had even a couch easy-chair for all the kings or queens of convenience (like me). Thank you very much. I would like to stay here again
