Located right at the edge, 3287 feet above sea level, is Skarsnuten Hotel. The hotel has a panoramic view of Hemsedal and with Hemsedal ski center as the nearest neighbor. Everything about this hotel was A M A Z I N G. The views, the food, the SPA!!!, the staff. I could never imagine that the quality of everything would’ve been that high. It’s so price worthy & it’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed at. I have no words. It’s magical in every way. The view from the restaurant (the view from anywhere in this hotel) was insane. I am definitely coming back! (Also the most comfortable bed EVER!!!!!) can’t recommend this enough 🥹❤️❤️❤️❤️

Not first time in Skogstad Hotel, but this time, I had to leave an exceptional comment about the dedicated staff and the complete facilities. Located by the river in Hemsedal, only 656 ft from cross-country skiing tracks, this hotel offers rooms with attached bathroom, free parking and a free ski bus to the nearby alpine slopes. This hotel is really perfect. We did not expect that it has kitchen and complete utensils. Rooms were very comfy , just the other one has no door but it wasn´t a problem. Perfect overlooking to the river and mountain.

Hyggelig leilighet i sentrum is located in Hemsedal, just 27 miles from Golsfjellet and 2.1 miles from Hemsedal Ski Centre. We only stayed for one night. We was a bit worried as we we booked the room last minute (around 10pm, 5 mins before we arrived), but the host was immediately prepared the room and made it ready for us. The room was cleaned and spotless. We got everything we needed such as good kitchen equipments, Bed linens, toiletries, etc. The stay was perfect. We would really like to come back during winter as it located in such a good location right next the slope.
