Jotunheimen National Park, Norvegia: cerca hotel

Turtagrø Hotel has traditions dating back to the 1880s. This hotel is located 884 meters above sea level, at the foot of Vest-Jotunheimen. This is a fantastic location with some of the more interesting hiking and climbing routes in Norway, near the Jotunheimen Nasjonalpark. We choose the accomodation in the "Swiss chalet" and this allow us to save a lot of money :-) without losing the magnificence of the place and additional services provided by the hotel like for example the very good dinner (one of the best we have in Norway). The Chalet is really beautiful and extremely functional. Clean and full of services, like the shower and the drying room.

The Skjolden Hotel was the high point of my trip. I was passing through the area and stayed for three nights. I was immediately captivated by the view of the fjord, then stayed for the excellent food from the kitchen and the lovely staff. if I had the time I would have stayed for a week.

Questa locanda di montagna occupa una posizione tranquilla nella valle del Bøverdalen, proprio accanto al Parco Nazionale Jotunheimen. Offre un ristorante in loco e camere con vista sulle montagne. The location was great as it’s on the way and not at one end of Sognefjellet. The view was beautiful. Great starting point for walks. The food was fantastic. Great chef! The staff and owner were available and helpful, and ensure I had anything I needed. The room was simple and comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. The fireplace in the lobby area was great.

Situated in Skjolden and only 30 km from Urnes Stave Church, Eide gard features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property has city and inner courtyard views. I loved the hospitality of Mara, the host of Eide Gard. Who gave me some very good tips for nice spots in the area of Skjolden. Particularly Jotunheimen Nasjonalpark and a very helpful app for hiking routes.

Situato a Boverdalen, a 36 km dal Parco Nazionale Jotunheimen di Boverdalen, il Visdalssetra offre sistemazioni con angolo cottura. The cabin was cozy and beautiful. The view was absolutely amazing! A group of young cows lived kind of freely on the mountain and it was so lovely to see them grazing right on the other side of the fence around the cabin. Loved it!
