Yggdrasil Farmhotel Retreat, Spa & Yoga is located on Kvaløya island, 50-minutes drive from central Tromsø. Free WiFi access is available at the farm. Really cozy hotel, clean rooms, and amazing views. The food was also really good with locally sourced products and the onwers were really friendly. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a peacefull and relaxing stay

Sommarøy Arctic Hotel is located in the picturesque coastal village of Sommarøy and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, a 50-minute drive from Tromsø. It offers free private parking. The room was very nice, cosy with enough space and a nice bathroom, comfortable beds. What I really appreciated was the free tea & coffee 24/7 in the lobby. Our dinner in the hotel restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. There was also a huge buffet for breakfast the next day. The island is fairly isolated and there are a couple of nice spots for Northern lights photography.

All rooms feature a flat-screen TV. it’s a very nice place, i strongly recommend to everyone. good location and a really good hospitality. the house provides perfect options to have a relax time.

Located on the waterfront, this property is located in Ersfjordbotn in the Troms Region. Tromsø city center is 13 mi away. I didn't expect that the apartment that I rent was that big. It is excellent and it face directly to the sea (west). The place is not totally isolated, there are some houses nearby. Still, you will need a car. The bed is okay, just the top bunk bed is squeaky. Other facility is also work like brand new. If you have the intention to catch the aurora, it will not be as easy as going out to your balcony and saw one. In most of the time, you will need to go to a slightly remote area. The balcony facing west when normally aurora spread from north to south. You can walk a bit in the neighbourhood but behind the apartment, there's a hill that will block the way. Again, it might not always happened likat what I describe. You must have your car and hunt the aurora to a dark area where there is no light. And, if you stay here, we are only talking about 2 to 10 Km away to find such location.

The location is within a 5-minute walking distance from Stroleva Skistadion and a beautiful hike to Rødtinden mountain. If you like spending your time actively, it's a perfect place. The apartment was waiting for us with a key in the door so we could enter it whenever we wanted. The kitchen was fully equipped, including basic seasoning, olive oil, tea, baking paper, and plastic bags. The host was very responsive whenever we needed something.

A recently renovated apartment, Lena Apartment Tromsø offers accommodations in Kvaløya. With mountain views, this accommodation features a patio. Great host and great location. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place and will stay there again when I'm back in Tromso!

Spacious apartment on Kvaløya is located in Kvaloysletta, just 5 miles from Arctic-alpine Botanic Garden and 5 miles from The Art Museum of Northern Norway. The host was very nice, called us to see the northern lights and also offered to borrow us the snowmobile.
