So much attention to detail. Spacious and all amenities top notch. Short stroll to town and hot pools.

Set amongst mature trees and surrounded by the Southern Alps, this beautifully restored local landmark has been transformed into a resort with outdoor swimming pool, tennis and petanque courts. The building reminded me of a French chateau. The room was very quiet and the staff so nice especially Chan dan in the restaurant

There were enormous sliding windows opening on to a terrace with outdoor furniture. The view from the accommodation was a magnificent range of mountains.

The garden is such a lovely additional extra. The host greeted us warmly and was very helpful. We enjoyed several beautiful walks including one with hidden redwood carvings of animals - such a delight.
