Built in 1865 and restored in 1902, Otira Stagecoach Hotel is located in the heart of the Arthur's Pass National Park. It offers antiques throughout as well as stagecoaches and horse wagons outside. A unique, 'out of the box' experience. The hotel is a living museum, with antique paraphernalia and curios everywhere. The furniture in the rooms is amazing. Feels like you have stepped back in time to the 1800s. Lester and Sam were excellent as hosts. Meals were great quality and value. The bar (available to in-house guests only) offered beer and wine at reasonable prices. There's not too much accommodation in the Otira / Arthur's Pass area with dining and bar facilities, so the Stagecoach Hotel fills a valuable niche.

I was really impressed with our stay! Comfy, clean, quiet, tea coffee provided, water pressure to die for! Host was friendly as. The view of the snowy mountains from the window were also amazing

Located in Lincoln, within 12 miles of Christchurch Railway Station and 13 miles of Christchurch Art Gallery, The Famous Grouse Hotel has accommodations with a restaurant and a bar, and free WiFi... Everyone was friendly and good to be around. My room was perfect for just me. The only thing that I had a "problem" with was carryiny my suitcase up the stairs.

The Tussocks, Arthur's Pass is a recently renovated vacation home in Arthur's Pass, near Arthur's Pass National Park. Amazing location! Peaceful and serene. No one around. An older cottage, but with modern facilities (fantastic bathroom, newer washer/dryer machines, comfy beds --enough for at least 4 people, probably more--, cozy living room with wood stove). Close enough to the 1 restaurant and 1 cafe/shop in Arthur's pass (1-minute drive), but away from the road so there's no traffic or other people. Great hosts with great communication.

Petes Place is located in Arthur's Pass, just 3.1 miles from Temple Basin and 29 miles from Broken River Ski Field. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Cosy, warm, reasonably priced, well kitted out.

Rolleston Paradise-Master Bedroom with Ensuite Only is located in Rolleston, just 15 miles from Christchurch Railway Station and 15 miles from Orana Wildlife Park. It was one of the best stays we had in NZ. Very friendly owner, beautiful place, comfy bed, everything you need. A very lovely place to stay for a really good price.

Just a 4-minute walk from Arthur's Pass Train Station and 0.4 miles from Arthur's Pass National Park, The Nook features accommodations in Arthur's Pass with an open-air bath, a garden, and barbecue... The landlady told uss the keys were on the lock. very easy to get into the property

Featuring garden views, Chester Oaks B&B in West Melton offers accommodations, a fitness center, a casino, a garden, and a shared lounge. Our stay at Jasmine and Michael’s place was exceptional. They are very friendly and welcoming, we didn’t expect this level of hospitality. Our room was very clean and cozy, a house and garden are beautiful. Jasmine is an excellent cook and breakfasts made by her are very tasty. It felt like home for us. Thank you :)
