El Taquile Familia Celso, situado a 4 calles de la plaza principal, ofrece alojamiento en Quinuapata. Todos los días se sirve un desayuno gratuito. Las habitaciones disponen de baño compartido. Lo mejor fue la atencion de Celso y Juana. super atentos. El alojamiento esta bastante al centro de la isla, lo cual esta bueno para recorrerla. vale la pena quedarse en Taquile y Celso un buen lugar para alojarse.

WHITE SAND Taquile Lodge se encuentra en Huillanopampa y ofrece jardín y terraza. El alojamiento ofrece vistas a la ciudad y a la montaña. Edwin was super helpful and caring so I could arrive the accomodation without any problem. Views were astonishing and the peace was out of this world. Food was nice too. They gave me a better room than the one I booked because they had it free for that night.

Richar’s home - experience Amantani with my family está en Amantani y dispone de vistas al lago, jardín, terraza y restaurante. Algunas unidades tienen balcón y/o patio con vistas a la montaña. Richar, Lucrezia and Isabella are very lovely people and very generous hosts. Richar told us about the island and showed us around, Lucrezia’s cooking is truly wonderful and Isabella is a very nice girl, who would play cards with us in the evening. The rooms are very clean, there is a hot shower and it’s an easy walk from the port of Amantani. The island itself is so peaceful and tranquil, a perfect rest. At night the stars are magestic with Milky Way visible with naked eye. I would highly recommend staying at Richar’s place to experience the magic of the island in its authenticity. Also, from what I’ve read it is much better for the families who live on the island to book a stay directly with them rather than through an agency.

El Inca lodge - Amantani se encuentra a 37 km del puerto de Puno, en la isla de Amantani. El establecimiento alberga un restaurante y una terraza. Todas las habitaciones tienen balcón. Staying with Justa and Adolfo is one of the highlights of our trip to Peru. Contact with a family cannot be more interesting!

Posada de Oliver está en Llachon y dispone de wifi gratis, jardín, terraza y restaurante. This was a perfect stay. Oliver, Sebastiana and their children are a lovely family who you instantly feel at home with. The room we had was spacious, private and had a beautiful view of the lake. Hot water and WiFi worked amazingly for the area and the food provided (for an extra cost, but really good value), was very tasty and varied. There are a few walks to do in the area to keep you busy, and Oliver can also take you out on his boat to some of the local islands and to see the trout farm he runs (again, for an extra fee but for what you get, we thought it was really good value for money. You have to remember you have the boat completely to yourselves and there were no other tourists on the floating island we visited, making the experience very authentic). There's a really nice outdoor seating to enjoy the sun and view. Getting there is also very easy with collectivos going regularly from Puno and Juliaca for next to nothing.
