The staff are courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for us because we avoided the traffic from peñafrancia. We owe our Mom's life to the staff of El Sancho. The assist they gave us was amazing. She had to be sent to the ER in BMC and everybody knew what to do and how to to respond. Thank you El Sancho. We'll be coming back.

Isarog.
