There were several aspects we liked about La Playita: 1) they are pet-friendly so we give them extra points for this; 2) the staff provided great service - special mention to Ronnie for accommodating our dietary requirements and to Grace for her prompt service; 3) the beach view from our room was fantastic; 4) the breakfast is really good, including fresh fish and fresh fruits; and 5) the free wifi is very strong, allowing us to work without any issues. We will certainly be back here next time we visit Borongan!

The staff were friendly, helpful and always happy to assist. The pool was large, clean and a delight to swim in. The food and fruit shakes were delicious. We were even invited to the staff Christmas Party which we felt honoured to attend and enjoyed immensely.

I loved how friendly and kind and welcoming the staff where and how hard they worked and so polite very accommodating as because of manila airport I missed my flight and they still allowed me to check in late evening. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and I love rice and can't cook it to save my life the rice here was perfect and so cheap compared to England where I am from and I would highly recommend them to anyone
