The staff were always seen cleaning the property which is very important in this climate where facilities can deteriorate quickly. Their beach area, where they shuttled you, was a wonderful and relaxing oasis. The staff were always ready to assist you immediately and always with a smile.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. - the concierge, guard and reception was very attentive - also they helped out with getting my ride to the airport - the room was amazing, very clean and added bonus is that they do room service / in-room dining. - toiletries comes in a pack - location was amazing - close to the airport, on the main road, lots of taxis that pass by, close to Gaisano Mactan Island mall & also near restaurants / bars. Definitely would come back and highly recommended.

We had an above-average stay in a private cottage, complete with a comfy bed and a secure room. The pool was perfect for relaxation, and the Wi-Fi connection was a welcome bonus! Also, with less than 48 hours' notice, the hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to stay an extra night as our plans changed.

Incredible!! They are so accommodating! We arrived early “6 hours earlier”. They were able to accommodate my wife and I only payed half price and even got the breakfast when we arrived 9am in the morning. This hotel is very clean. The pool is small but fun to splash after a hot day in Cebu. The hotel is 15 min from the hotel and the shuttle is a nice addition. There is also shopping next door as well. The staff are amazing and friendly.
