And then, they are excellent!!!! Whatever you ask or request, appears in seconds to minutes. THE most polite. THE most engaging. We spoke about perhaps sending the SureStay staff out to train other establishments' personnel on the 'concept' of hospitality management. They are that good. From providing towels for our guests at the swimming pool.....WITH a smile; and being greeted on entry and exit EVERY occasion.

The bed is comfortable for us. I did not order any breakfast during the booking so nothing to tell about the breakfast. There is a swimming pool at the ground level so the kids enjoyed this one. S&R is also within walking distance of the hotel so it's a convenience, especially for us with kids. It's also a quiet area and very near NLEX and also near SM Angeles and Robinson's Place Angeles. Sky Ranch Pampanga is also near.
