The breakfast was great, a huge variety of products for everyone - we loved the pancakes and the freshness of bread. The location is great, the SPA straddled the beautiful Beskid Mountains. The air in the area is just magnificent; incredibly fresh and clean. The SPA zone is marvellous; it includes a pool, a hot tub, and a variety of diverse saunas. Very quiet and peaceful area recommended for people who want to find an idyllic and off-the-grid place for a relaxing stay.

The staff was incredibly helpful from the moment I requested my favorite room via Booking messages, and explaining the hotel’s Club features and benefits upon arrival to arranging a very-last-minute car service from hotel to Balice airport and making my trip back home overseas stress-free and utmost comfortable. Also, being a 12+ facility is also an additionally fresh breath of mountain air :) I will continue staying at Hotel Prezydent anytime I visit Krynica and will recommend it to anyone who wants a pleasant stay brought to you by an excellent hotel and its staff.

The hotel is at the top of a hill which gives amazing view on the national park nearby, our room had a view on Babia Gora directly. rooms are well-equipped with a kettle, tea and coffee, the beds are comfy, and our room came with an amazing terrace, as well as spa passes. Breakfast was delicious and very diverse, the canteen/restaurant had awesome vibes, we loved every minute of it. There is a view tower next to the hotel, and a mini zoo, also, you hiking trails can be found everywhere around.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Kotarz Spa&Wellness. Every staff member I encountered, from the manager to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Absolutely fantastic few days in this hotel, our room was perfect , clean and comfortable very spacious, modern but very cosy and snug , lovely soft sheets. The staff were brilliant…. A special shout out to Manager…. He was possibly one of the best Manager we’ve ever had , so dedicated to the place, He was very attentive and felt he went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delightful…again superb food along with a good drinks menu ,and a super outdoor bar, one of the best ever .The hotel itself is a treat, feels independent, boutiquey . It’s classy but unpretentious. There’s a well equipped spa , with a helpful wellness staff . There’s saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs - largely unused because the weather was so good. The staff are amazing here - flawless. So nice - always trying to help. We stayed in a very posh hotel in the U.K. and Europe recently, and the staff there could learn a thing or two from the staff at Kotarz Spa&wellnes ! So if you would like to experience luxury from abroad hotels , just pop to Hotel Kotarz Spa & Wellness, and you will have it all whithout traveling abroad. To sum it up possibly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in…….we will definitely be back 🍾🍾😎😎 Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Staff very helpful and understanding. Helped with any difficulties and offered help with carrying stroller as there is no ramp to front entrance. Great place by the river, beautiful views. It is a very quiet place, but you should be aware of train track behind the hotel.

The hoster is an amazing person. She is super kind and helped us quickly in everything. The place is nice, and comfortable. The fireplace created very happy mood. Kids loved to play in the snow. Basically we liked a lot the place and we will come back for sure during the summer.
