Location is ideal if you have your own car and intend to use the on site meal services or you have some provisions to make some light fare in the unit kitchens. Cabins are quiet, have wonderful views and are surrounded by nature while still being accessible to the main towns. The fit and finish of the grounds is wonderful. Cabins are very modern like an Eco-spa may have including air conditioning, private decks and kitchens.

Hotel Os Moinhos is located in São Jorge Island, with views over the highest mountain in Portugal, sited in nearby Pico Island. the grounds and views were amazing! nicely kept hotel rooms too.

This hotel is 200 metres from the shopping area of Velas and 1 km from the harbour. It features a terrace overlooking the garden, the outdoor pool, and the Atlantic Ocean. The view was amazing. Location was excellent. Right across the street from Car Rental. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to many good restaurants and natural pool. 10 out of 10 for the staff…when we checked out at 6 am, it was raining so hard, the guy on duty at the front desk drove us to the ferry….(we had planned to walk to the ferry, and had not booked a taxi, so instead of letting us walk in the rain, we were grateful for the offer to drive us…he went above and beyond!!)

At the foot of the São Jorge Mountains, Hotel Solmar is less than 100 metres from the coastline. Its air-conditioned rooms overlook the Atlantic Ocean, Calheta Harbour or mountains. The room was clean and very spacious, equipped with an a/c which was very welcome in July. :) The location is great, close by a supermarket and restaurants. Good breakfast!

Comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen and a outside terrace was shared with all the rooms. Room has a/c.

I loved everything about our stay. The yurt was a one of a kind experience & it being in between all that green made it even more special. Every morning there was a fresh homemade breakfast with products they grew themselves. We got good tips for places to visit & help whenever we needed. I would recommend this place to everyone & if we ever return to São Jorge, then we will definitely book here again. Natacha, thank you for everything! It was a pleasure to be your guest.

Nastanitev Quinta da Magnólia AR je v mestu Urzelina in ponuja teraso ali balkon, brezplačen WiFi, TV z ravnim zaslonom, sezonski zunanji bazen ter vrt. lovely spot from which to explore Sao Jorge. beautiful setting, well cared for facilities. excellent breakfast. we splurged and got the room with a private spa. so lovely to enjoy looking out over the sea

Nastanitev Casa d'Avó Guesthouse and Apartment se nahaja v mestu Urzelina in nudi vrt, skupni prostor za druženje, teraso, opremo za vodne športe, možnost peke na žaru ter razgled na mesto. Lovely house with fantastic views and very good facilities. The staff is super kind and helpful.
