Wonderful place, full of local traditions. The house is perfect - it’s a place where you can not only perfectly rest among the amazing landscape of Apuseni mountains but also meet the local traditions. The surroundings are just magnificent, same as hosts. The apartment is very well equipped, it’s very clean. Definitely the best place we stayed in Romania!

The breakfast is amazing and great before a days hiking in the Apuseni mountains. The lodge was a very sociable place with guests of different nationalities, including many Romanians eating together at night and sharing their stories and tips. Rooms are simple but exceptionally clean and well maintained. So are the shared areas

Great experience in this guest house, it is in Apuseni forest, stand alone, quiet and nice. The forest was covered in snow in December, but the waterfall did not freeze, we swam with the child in a warm pool outside overlooking the waterfall, then we warmed in the sauna almost on the roof. Thank you hotel for the experience!

I enjoyed the location, in a small village from the Apuseni mountains, a great area, perfect for a few relaxation days. The little cabin was perfect for a couple. The host was amiable and helpful, with quick answers whenever we had questions. They even brought us donuts with Romanian cheese and jam, which were tasty.

A nice in-between hotel which will allows you to visit many things between Cluj, Turda and the Apuseni Range in 40 minutes radius driving. The rooms are new and well furnished, as well as the communal areas. The staff is friendly enough. Overall I would recommend this place, considering the area and the price.

The Host was very nice, even left us some romanian tuica to drink. It's very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The position is also very good , in our case it was close to the apuseni maraton event. The jacuzzi (ciubar) gets hot quickly and has a nice garden position.

Immaculately decorated and furnished apartment in small town an hour or so drive from Cluj. Owener was friendly and helpful. We only booked on the morning of arrival after visiting the Apuseni National Park. Nearby Porolissum Roman Amphitheatre is worth a visit.

A very traditional place with great food, great rooms and superb location in the Northern Apuseni mountins. The breakfast is traditional and very good. You can choose great Romanian food for the evening dinner or eat the fixed menu that changes from day to day.

Comfortable pension with new facilities, well located to access the southern part of the Apuseni mountains. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable beds. The typical Romanian breakfast is served.

Best stay in years of travelling in Europe! The 2 ladies are soo lovely and accommodating. They didn't speak English well but yet we managed to communicating - it was rather adorable instead of difficult. They were very friendly and the food in the evening and breakfast was great! They even went as far as baking us pudding pancakes in the evening for dessert (local dish that needs an hour of preparing - we didn't know) And she was so grateful and happy about it!

Location, stuff, breakfast, restaurant … in other words we liked everything and definitely we will go back.

We loved the view, the restaurant, the staff, the surroundings and lakes nearby. Perfect place to unwind.

This is a unique experience for those who want a feel of nature, heritage and great food. The restoration of the Maramureș old cabins is done with a lot of love and care for the little details. Food was excellent, all made from local produce and with a lot of talent. There are a lot of hiking options in the region so you can combine some hiking as well. The wooden hot tub set in the forest was a wonderful experience . Please note that that each cabin has more then one room so you might share the cabin with other people. We highly recommend Casa glod for a unique vacation

This is our second time here, we simply adore the place, it is a piece of heaven where you can enjoy nature and quality time with your loved ones. You are isolated from others, yet at a walking distance on the propriety you have everything you need: showers and an open-air kitchen well-equiped as if you were at home, yet not burdened by unnecessary stuff. The owners are great people, you can feel their respect for nature and for their guests in their attitude and attention to all small and big details. Definitely recommend this place and we will try to return whenever possible!
