All rooms (except the family rooms) have a fantastic view across the lake. These rooms all have a large balcony on which it is very nice to relax after an intense day in the beautiful surroundings. Relaxed is the key word to this small and cosy hotel. The garden is also a great place to stay with its wonderful relaxing chairs with view across the lake. During our stay it was extremely hot weather, so we were able to walk directly into the lake behind the hotel for a swim!! After the swim it was great to relax in the garden with a nice drink. Rooms are spacey with enough space to store your stuff. Beds are good. The rooms do NOT have a tv/television, which is great in our opinion! Breakfast is not as extensive as in a large hotel, but everything you need is available. Johan is a fantastic host, with extra attention to each and every guest! He made our stay extra relaxed!! Edsleskog Wärdhus became the best stay during our vacation in Sweden this year!

In the middle of nowhere, surrounded by forest and lakes, you will find the most cozy cabin. Very clean, with everything you would need, heated with own bathroom. This cozy cabin stands alone. Fully recommend and hope to come back someday!
