- The apartment was nicely designed and well equipped. It's basically 4 apartments in one guest house - Host is helpful and available on phone for asistance - There is one big common room where guests can meet with a fireplace and kitchen corner - The apartment was big enough for 4 (2 adults 2 kids) - Location is like 3 min car from "Janovky" ski slope or 15 min from "Rohace spalena"

very good localisation, 1/2 hour by car from parking to Rohace, nice small city, hotel located nearby the centre, very comfortable and quiet hotel, I can easily recommand it

We loved the cottage, surroundings, animals that were friendly to our kids, calm and relaxing environment. Fruit trees, sheep, rabbits & reception desk with indoor playground, everything was very family oriented. Even though the apartments are cca 10 years old, the furniture, beds & kitchenware are as new and very well maintained.

Everything! What a stunning location, with breathtaking views and surroundings. A beautiful cottage with room to spare in a highly sought after tourist area. Ski fields and mountain ranges just begging to be explored right from the front door. The accommodation itself was exceptional, clean and modern. So warm and comfortable, peaceful and close to nature. Internal heating, fireplace, kitchen with everything supplied, plenty of sleeping space and multiple bathrooms that look brand new. Great for large groups too, with plenty of onsite parking. The children's play area and outdoor fire pit just add to the charm of this rustic gem. Thermal water parks are within walking distance, there is something for everyone!

We usually visit Penzion Josu at Christmas, this was our first summer visit and well worth it. Great location to hiking trails and thermal waters. In the evening we watched shooting stars, played table tennis and a game of chess outdoors. Not enough time to enjoy the pool or bowling alley. Our favourite place in Slovakia ❤️

Amazing location, nice and spacious room, very friendly staff and a nice garden area with the possibility to chill or eat outside. Higly recommended.

Very good location close to the Orava Lake, as well as another larger city Namiestovo. Walking distance to some higher hills easy to climb but with very good views. Perfect place to stay for some sport activity near by as well as to go sightseeing deeper in Slovakia.

Great location, close to forests and hiking trails. Silent surroundings. The kitchen was fully equipment with all necessary appliances.

We were given a choice of two rooms, one which had 3 beds in it and the other which had 2 in one and 1 in the other. This was great. I loved the coconut-scented hand gel.

Breakfast included in the price was ok, great location next to thermal baths and national park. Nice bathroom, lot of parking space. Good restaurant with local food, worth trying!

A well run guest house. Impeccably clean and with warm welcoming hosts. We enjoyed our time here and they were very flexible to accommodate our group. The house is set in a very quiet and picturesque location that is at the same time right in the heart of the village centre. Highly recommended stay here. Thanks Family Skerda. Totally enjoyed our time there.

One of the most beautiful (authentic) valleys in Slovakia, stone’s throw distance from amazing hiking (Prosiek and Kvacany valleys). Breathtaking views, immaculate property and great hosts.
