We felt like kings and queens as we stayed in this beautiful hotel, with the most amazing chef and gazed out the window at the Old Church which was a medieval castle from the 1400’s. They even have a mine shaft from when gold and silver were mined there, now it’s a wine cellar and more! I can’t say enough positive things about this establishment, except go there!!! You won’t regret a moment spent in the beautiful, quaint, history-rich, kind town of Banska Stiavnica.

To stay in the hotel made us feel like a royal family. The location of the castle is fantastic. Quietness and peace. Our granddaughter enjoyed it the most. A mug of hot chocolate was served to her every morning by a pleasant waitress. The wellness area is a great spot. We will come back again soon.
