The food was great and the activities we did were excellent - birdwatching trip by pirogue and a walk with a herbalist on the island. We loved being able to swim directly from the lodge and the little beach is great. Would recommend the accommodation with the river view.

Beautiful environment with superb views over the river from our room. Food good and service efficient and friendly. My husbands birthday was during our stay and I arranged for a cake as a surprise. A large ice cream gateau with sparklers was presented with singing and dancing from the staff which was fabulous.

Their kindness and availability to respond to any request from us were impressive.No words to explain how nice they where and how quite and relaxing the Toubacouta is!

The hotel is located in a beautiful village next to a lake and the oldest tree in this region (it's very impressive to see). We stayed at les Fromagers because we wanted to visit the Fathala Wild life reserve that is close by. On our arrival we found out that there are so many other activities to do like going fishing, watching crocodiles, visiting the islands etc. The owner of the place are very friendly and helpful. We experienced their great hospitality and felt very comfortable during our stay. I can recommend you also to try out their restaurant, since you get very tasty seafood there, freshly caught by the local fisherman. We will definitely visit again, when we are in Senegal.

Una de las cosas más destacables de este hotel es la atención de Mamadu, una persona amable y dispuesta a ayudar siempre. Además sus recomendaciones son excelentes sobre todo de sitios locales para comer. Nuestra habitación tenía una vista excepcional de los manglares y fue toda una sorpresa que nos trajeran el desayuno a nuestra mesa de la terraza. El desayuno era simple pero excelente. Un buen pan con mantequilla o chocolate y café ☕. Lo mejor para empezar el día estupendamente. La ubicación es magnífica porque puedes tomar el transporte colectivo desde la Gare que está justo al lado. Perfecto para mochileros

La habitación estaba inmaculada. Se duerme con los sonidos de las aves, muy agradable, como en plena naturaleza. Es muy tranquilo pero está justo al lado del embarcadero, los restaurantes, etc. ¡La atención personal es excelente!

El Hôtel Les Cordons Bleus se encuentra entre Gambia y el delta del Saloum, en Ndangane, en el sur de Senegal. Food was excellent, staff very incredibly positive and responsive, property was very well maintained and managed, and above all it was very clean: Cordon Bleu proved the perfect setting for a mind-free and relaxing getaway from the city!
