My mother forgot her purse in the can to the ferry and the owner was able to contact the driver and get her bag back to us in time. tastefully decorated.

The place is amazing, gorgeous setting, great gardens. Beautiful rooms. We had a two bed suite that was perfect for the six of us. Swim up room makes everything seem easier too. The breakfast never got boring, we were still finding new things on our last day. We opted for full board which I regret. Too much food! The staff are attentive and lovely. Everything you ask is responded to immediately and with real care. For example when I asked about nuts for my daughters allergies the head chef came out to speak to me personally. Everyone is just so professional and lovely. I’ll be thinking of meandering around that pool for many years to come. I hope we can come back soon!

It is a beautiful facility. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend visiting the spa. We enjoyed our experience so much that we both went back for a second treatment! We also really enjoyed the live entertainment that we were able to observe one evening. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and our favourite stay during our trip to Thailand. And this was despite an overbooking and maintenance issue and being asked to give up our room with private pool access early, which the staff handled very well and compensated us generously for.

What truly made my visit memorable was the warmth of the hotel staff. They were attentive and genuinely caring.

Boasting a garden and a terrace, Casacool Hotel is set in Khao Lak and is 700 metres from Tsunami Memorial - Rue Tor 813. Service was outstanding: the women working here are super friendly, sweet, hard working and no request is too much for them. We got laundry done for free (done very quick) and a free drop off to bus station. Breakfast was healthy and abundant and for a very early (early bird) tour we got a breakfast box to go on our request. Last but not least the beds were the most comfortable we've had in 5 weeks of traveling. Definitely recommend this place!

This property is basically on the beach. Beautiful big rooms all with swimming pool view. Lots of restaurants just down the road. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Breakfasts were amazing. 5 min drive to town. Resort was very clean and neat. The swimming pool was nice and clean. I will be booking this resort again next year when we go to Thailand again.
