Everything was super.Hotel has a good location,the room was spacious and clean.The breakfast was good.The staff is very friendly and the owner, Mr Harun organizes trips to and around Van. Only a few steps from Van Lake, this hotel offers beautiful lake views and luxurious interiors. It has chic rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi, and a spa centre. Excellent facilities, very friendly staff and a great dining hall. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff provided a packed breakfast at 6am on check out. The view of Lake Van across the road was impressive.

New hotel, facilities are in great shape. Shower was a bit slow to warm up, but steaming hot with great pressure. Room was nice and warm- heated floors! Kettle and mini fridge in room.

Everrythink was great except fact that the stuff speak very basic English - this is not ok for 4 stars hotel. 3 times the reception men stop me at the lobby to explain me one and the same for the payment and this irritate me much The breakfast was excelent and the room was ok
