The hotel is located near the Alishan train station. The staff is very nice and explains everything very patiently. The room is good enough for 1 or 2 nights in the park. Bed is comfy. They offer different tours, if a tour is cancelled due to weather condition the fare will be refunded.

The location was amazing, great to be right up in Alishan for when we took the morning training and it was right next to food and shops. Plus, the staff were super friendly and the place was clean. After a whole day with a very cold weather, we jumped with joy to find the bed with temperature adjustment and Heater in the room! the facility is a bit old but clean and all usable. Gau Shan Ching also provided the base location for my flawless hike up Yushan in perfect weather and return for rest and relaxation before eventual departure. Awesome, mei li, hen hao from someone who has been on the top of mountains all over thew world. Viva Yushan!
