The room was very charming, clean and comfortable with water, coffee and tea at disposal. The balcony and the view provide sweet relaxing moments. The beach nearby is peaceful and beautiful. The breakfast is correct with a choice of fruit, local dishes and beverages. The hotel staff is ecceptional and really customer oriented by giving information and tips for your stay.

We booked this hotel because my family want to take a holiday to visit Takoro National Park while in Taiwan. We arrived and departed on the train and was able to arrange the staff to drive us between the train station and the hotel since we are a family of 5. The complementary breakfasts were great with interesting and delicious food and good selection for everyone in the family. There were also complementary drinks and crackers during the day after breakfast which was great after a day of exploring the national park. The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean. The complementary washing machine and dryer was really useful because we have small children which tend to be messy. We also tried the Sunrise restaurant attached to the hotel the last night and the food quality was very high. The staffs were really friendly and helpful and even the two cats on the premise were very friendly. We would miss the breakfasts on the deck with the cats and the great food for years to come.

The Moment Hotel Hualien by Lakeshore is set in Shunan, within 300 metres of Manbo Beach and 18 km of Pine Garden. Featuring a shared lounge, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi.... Lots to like. Clean, comfortable. We put our family of 7 in a room that sleeps 8. Shared bathroom was super clean with private stalls and toilets. They also had a dog hotel for around $30 a night for the pooch. Had a fully stocked kitchen that we did not use but looked amazing.

Really near Xincheng TRA, like literally visible from the exit. We booked here cos we wanted to have easy access to buses headed to Taroko for our trails. It's quite a distance from xincheng old street (where most of the eateries are) but you'll find a lot of good food if you're willing to walk (10-15mins) towards the stretch near 7-eleven or family mart. STARRY Inn provides breakfast & they try not to repeat depending on the number of days you stay, do let them know of your food restrictions. Staff were extremely helpful and kind! The lady boss even ran to the train platform to catch us when she found my dad's iPod left in the room after our check out!!! So so thankful for their hospitality and kindness!

Offering a shared lounge and quiet street view, 48-6 Homestay is located in Xincheng, 700 metres from Manbo Beach and 20 km from Pine Garden. It’s in a great location. Everything was clean and new! The view from the terrace it really beautiful too.

It had great ambience, there is outdoor picnic areas that has really great views. The rooms were spacious and looks out to great mountain views. It is a nice place to spend some time to rest and recharge.
