Crossing The Rainbow Bridge B&B is located in Xiulin. Free cable internet access is available in public areas. Free private parking is available on-site. We loved our stay here. You can tell that the owners have put a lot of thought into this place and truly care about your experience! The breakfast is wonderful and our room had a beautiful window seat overlooking the bridge. Our water pressure in our shower was amazing (like probably the best I've seen anywhere ever).

Lisa and Boya are the nicest people I have ever met in a home stay. Because the hotel is a bit out of town, Boya brings his guests to a restaurant and picks them up again after dinner. I was there with my (adult) daughter and there were 2 other couples. The first night, Boya took all of us for a small trip to explain the taroko people and their culture. After that, Lisa organised a little DIY bracelet making, all free of charge. If you want to go to the Taroko Gorge or Qingshui cliffs, then the location is great, and much closer than Hualien City.

Hualien Taroko Mountain Dream B&B is located in Hualien, only a 5-minute walk from Taroko National Park. All rooms here will offer beautiful mountain views. Free WiFi access is available. This has to be the best play to stay in Taroko, hands down. The hospitality from the hosts is exceptional. Sophia and her husband are very caring, friendly and genuine. We accidentally checked in a day early and Sophia accommodated us no problems whatsoever. She gave me her time and recommendations for our time in Taroko which was very kind. Breakfast is fantastic. I came down with a cold the day we were leaving and she was kind enough to deliver breakfast to our room since I didn't want to spread any germs. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. I can completely recommend Taroko Mountain Dream with no hesitations, thank you Sophia!

Daro and May were so welcoming and helpful. There are heaps of games for children to be entertained. Great breaksfast.
