What can I say about this hotel? PERFECT! Villa was amazing! With direct acess to the beach. With big entrance, a big living room (with fruits and snacks to welcome us), a big and perfect bed, and the most perfect bathroom! Every staff was always so helpfull and nice! Restaurant's food was delicious. This is the type of exquisite place you want to be. Not only they treat you like the most important person of the hotel, but they help a lot the comunity of the village around. I absolutly recomend this hotel!

El Gecko Nature Lodge alberga un centro de buceo y está situado en la localidad de Makangale, en la zona norte de Pemba. A home away from home. The place is very remote and quiet. For nature lovers, it is a real paradise. Coconut crabs right on the property and many bush babies around at night. Food is excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. We went there to do our scuba certification and Mike the owner is the best teacher you can have. We stayed a week but wish we could have stayed longer.
