The Girls at reception/bar area (Faith and Lillian) were superb and couldn’t do enough to make me feel welcome and to ensure that my stay was a fantastic one. We all became friends due to the length of my stay. Good choice of tasty food from the chef Hawah. Also got to know the night security guard Robert. Location was so close to all of the places that I want to visit so was ideal. There is also a free shuttle service to pickup and drop off at the airport. I will certainly be booking in at Hendo Hotel when I return to Entebbe

We were 5 people from Istanbul and stayed 2 nights there. The location is very near to lake , has fresh air. The garden was very beatiful with many flowers on it , and so peaceful. You can listen birds songs in the mornings. The breakfast was so delicious. Also tidy, clean rooms. They have airport schuttle too. I would like thank you Adele, Francis, Mary and Solongo who were so kind and helpful. They called us to ask if everything is Ok during our holiday in Uganda. You can choose this Hotel during your stay in Entebbe.

This is the third time we stay at Entebbe Palm Hotel, obviously it means we are very happy with it. The hotel is strategically located in Entebbe, the family room is perfect for our small family and very reasonably priced, the beautiful garden has a really nice atmosphere and the food, especially the Thai dishes, never lets you down. The massage service is the icing on the cake. We will definitely visit again as this is a perfect little weekend getaway place from Kampala.

This is simply the best place to stay in Entebbe - not only the place provides exceptional service, it is just a visual feast to enjoy with all your senses. Plants, birds, decorations, lights - the attention to details and commitment to the highest quality, with a homely, family touch are second to none. There is also a wonderful pool surrounded by luscious plants. This is the perfect place to start or end one's journey to Uganda.

This hotel is extremely well located directly on the road from Entebbe to Kampala, therefore perfectly suited for travelers who want to rest after arrival at the airport, and prior to moving on. Staff is extremely helpful and supportive, without being annoying. The restaurant on the rooftop is a very nice pleace to chill out andeat, with great view over the lake. All in all, a unexpected and positive surprise. A full recommendation.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The place is clean and comfortable. Really good value for money. It is a perfect place to go if you arrive in Entebbe airport and want to relax after the long journey. Gloria and Joyful will welcome and make you feel at home so you can start or end your Ugandan journey with a big smile on your face. I say a big thank you to the staff and keep up the good work!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. The host picked us up from the airport and showed us around Entebbe later on, which was incredibly helpful. (He also talked to some boda boda guys to give us a lift back to the hotel, this is how we met Alfred, the best and most cautious boda boda guy in Entebbe.) The hotel was exactly as advertised, the garden and patio are exquisite. I highly recommend staying there.

We made two stops at this hotel on our way in and out of Entebbe. The hotel was operating under COVID protocols that made us very comfortable during our stay. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to anticipate our needs. Both rooms were lovely and had a small, private outside space with Lake Victoria views. Hats off to Marriott for going the extra mile to keep guest and staff safe.

Wonderful to relax in a perfect location near restaurants overlooking Lake Victoria and have breakfast in the garden. After 10 days in rural Uganda I especially appreciated a proper shower and Western style toilet! Memory and Rebecca were very helpful providing advice and arranging transport. About 8 minutes walk from the main Kampala Entebbe Road if you are using a Matatu taxi.

The hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms and everything you need. It is close to UN base and Entebbe airport, like 15 min drive. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I was not able to have a breakfast because of the early morning flight, - though they were very kind and suggested to prepare it for me any time I wanted - but the dinner I had was delicious. Thanks a lot!

I loved this place! It really felt like an oasis in Uganda. The staff were so friendly especially Karin. The food is fabulous too. I spent my last 3 days in Uganda here and was so glad that I found this place. They helped me arrange my PCR test too. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s the best place in Entebbe!

I have stayed at this Hotel Many times as it is only five minutes away from Entebbe Airport. The Gardens are very nice and its nice to relax here either on Arrival in Uganda or as I did prior to my my flight home to the UK. The Hotel is adjacent to the Beach where you can relax at the side of Lake Victoria.

This is a charming hotel with nice rooms, breakfast, and super friendly staff. They helped me coordinate my transportation and were on hand to answer questions throughout my stay. It was in a nice quiet area with no noise and easy access to Entebbe. Highly recommend!

Staff was wonderfully warm and helpful. Close to Entebbe airport so good location if your flight gets in late or super early. Hotel is just down the road from Lake Victoria and easy walk to the Entebbe Botanical Garden and a nice coffee shop.

Amazing place, full of nature. this is superb oasis in Entebbe, can’t miss this spot to feel the nature and Ugandan culture. owners take care of garden, music in the bar, there are excursion options etc. Very good price, great breakfast.

The Palm Beach Hotel has such a strategic location. It’s close to the lake shore (literally at the beach), close to the mall (Victoria mall) and other beautiful sceneries such as the Entebbe Botanical Gardens.

I highly recommend crystal Apartments and I will come back. Fresh, quite, best Apartments in Entebbe, home of comfort, well equipped with all cooking caterizes. I love it
