We were able to walk to nearby Zermatt for breakfast and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth.

Loved the ski shop/rental inside the hotel The staff was very kind and attentive. The food at the bar was excellent. And of course the warm cookies and hot chocolate when you come back from skiing
