The ease of the check-in and out - all online, all run by passcodes. The room was also lovely, if a lot more room than we needed. That was our fault for booking late in the trip - we only needed the same room as we had the week before (double bed, nice TV, nice bathroom, desk, fridge, microwave) but we had to make do with a double King room - so massive. Still all the same great amenities and a fancy swively TV, but a lot more room than we needed for one night. And thus, also more expensive than we'd hoped for. But still, a lovely hotel in a convenient location.

They upgraded our room, and the pool was an absolute blast cleanest place I’ve ever been as far as hotel, and the people were very very kind.

Our rooms were very nice. Clean and spacious with very comfortable bedding. The location was excellent. We returned our car and were still able to walk around the area to visit some stores and food trucks.

Located in downtown Anchorage, this luxury hotel is 7 blocks from the Anchorage Museum. It features 4 restaurants, a conference centre, 15 retail stores and spacious rooms with flat-screen cable TVs. Very clean with a great selection of restaurants/cafe and shops, close to the railway and walking distance to everything in Anchorage. Valet guys were so friendly, would definitely recommend staying here if in Anchorage.
