Located at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Cambria Hotel Downtown Asheville features a fitness centre, terrace and shared lounge in Asheville. This is an excellent hotel. The room was large and well appointed. The bed was large and comfortable. Valet parking was efficient and affordable. Rates were reasonable for the time of year. What makes this hotel outstanding though is it’s staff. From our greeting and complementary champagne on arrival to our checkout and small pot of honey the staff were amazing. Two days After we left the hotel we realised we had left some hiking jackets in the wardrobe in our room. A phone call and some text messages was all it took for the staff to hunt for our jackets and ship them to us overnight at our next destination. I cannot recommend this hotel enough

We traveled with a group of friends for a NYE celebration in Asheville. The room, facilities, and staff were fantastic. Check in was easy and our rooms were very clean (even smelled fresh!). Staff was helpful when we got locked out of the room and any housekeeping we met were super friendly. Breakfast was great, the fresh muffins and yogurt/granola bar was a nice touch. We were especially impressed with the shuttle service provided with our stay. Bill was fantastic (give that man a raise!). He shuttled us to dinner, back to the hotel, to our event, and picked us up a little after midnight. It was great to have a safe option for transportation on a busy night. 10/10 would recommend for a NYE or any other big holiday stay.

Route 19 Inn provides air-conditioned accommodation in Maggie Valley. The accommodation offers a ski pass sales point and ski storage space, as well as a garden and barbecue facilities. We were not there during the weekend so we did not have breakfast. We loved the location and the room right by the creek and the room decor, bed was comfortable, we had everything we needed and more.
