The room was spacious and very clean. There was a basic but very welcome complimentary breakfast, and complimentary coffee available all day. Our receptionist was very helpful and provided good information about nearby restaurants, which we explored for our meals.

The breakfast was very simple. Just a few packaged pastries and cereals. Nothing special or fancy. But there are so many cute spots in Manchester to have a coffee or a breakfast that it really didn’t matter.

Located in the heart of Manchester Center, The Palmer House Resort, Ascend Hotel Collection offers scenic mountain views. Free WiFi access is available. We had a large room with free wifi, the beds were comfortable and there was a back door out to the communal grassed area where there was a large firepit which was lit in the evening so that you could sit around and meet fellow guests which was nice. Continental breakfast was good and parking outside door. There were eating places not too far away.

The setting of the property provides an outstanding view of the mountain and the grounds are lovely. Cindy and Bob were very welcoming, really helpful and always available! Nestled on 4 landscaped acres with gardens and a winding brook in Manchester, Vermont, this historic bed and breakfast offers unique guestrooms with modern comforts as well as relaxing facilities. We had the most amazing stay here. Brian and Gabriel were so amazing on contacting them to tell them it was a special occasion they up graded us for no extra cost. The suite was just breathtaking and the view was like a dream. They made our stay so special and we will definitely be back. Would highly recommend this beautiful place. All staff were amazing and breakfast was fresh and so tasty. Love love love
