First and foremost I would like to say this was one of the best places I have ever stayed in all my years of travelling to various countries around the world. My mother and I were visiting from Ireland and unfortunately due to the train station being located at Wells, we required a taxi to and from the station. We were initially advised Uber would work in that area but it did not and we were told after this by the hotel that they were notoriously unreliable. We successfully managed to get to the property after calling a local taxi at the train station. We also ensured to arrange a taxi to take us back to the train station with plenty of notice. 30 minutes before the taxi was due to arrive, the hotel was called to let us know they would be a few minutes late only and not to worry as we would still make our train. 25 minutes later no sign and I spoke to the lady working there. When I asked if they gave an ETA as our train was booked back to Boston in less than 30 minutes, she was shocked and immediately sprung into action. She attempted to contact back the taxi company who now were not answering. She straight away got in touch with her general manager, Kristin, who had no hesitation to take us to the train station at Wells asap. We made the train with 2 minutes to spare and to be honest besides the helpful nature of the staff throughout our stay which I was going to highly commend, the actions of the staff and the lengths they went to to help us in our situation were amazing and I was so grateful for their kindness. Besides all this drama, we encountered various staff during our stay including the lovely Megan and Tasha. Both were super friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was great each morning with fresh fruit, yoghurt, granola and a variety of breads. The offerings were very healthy and tasted great too. Also, the drink station was a nice touch and the evening salted cookies were wonderful. The hotel was very clean and tidy and in a beautiful location.

Located in Kennebunk Beach, a few steps from Goochs Beach, The Seaside Inn provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. They advertise a "Continental" breakfast. Not true. Compared to the typical Continental breakfast, Seaside's could rate a Michelin Star. Fresh, homemade steel-cut oatmeal; delicious fresh-brewed coffee; different homemade local muffins every morning; fresh fruit; fresh cream, milk, and just-squeezed orange juice; eggs, and more. Excellent.

Just a half-mile from Maine’s Atlantic coast and 2 miles from Interstate 95, The Grand Hotel has an indoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub. It is located less than a half-mile from Perkin’s Cove. Really great location. Easy walk to Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way, and the Ogunquit Beach areas. Room was clean and spacious. Despite being on the first floor next to the lobby, it was surprisingly quiet. The private balcony was an especially nice feature.

The receptionist was very approachable and friendly. The suites were lovely, well looked after, tidy and well decorated. The location absolutely fantastic, not fae from the city centre.

Wanderer Cottages er staðsett í Kennebunk, í innan við 1,4 km fjarlægð frá Kennebunk-ströndinni og 2,2 km frá Parsons-ströndinni. The interior design for me was spot on. It was such a comfortable room. The pool was lovely and I absolutely loved the Dutch bikes that we used to ride to the beach and into town. I would have loved to have stayed longer.

Everything!!! By far the most beautiful and memorable place we have ever stayed. Sparkling clean, fresh, modern but earthy. The bed and linens made for a perfect night's sleep. The view, the grounds, all of it... amazing. At check in, we were offered a complimentary upgrade due to some wedding guests that had lingered and were still occupying the room above the one we had booked. We accepted the upgrade and couldn't have been happier. This will be on our happy place list forever!
