Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, great location with 5 min walk into Edgartown. The room and hotel had almost everything you might need, and the ambiance was perfect. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Martha's Vineyard.

Located on the coast of Martha’s Vineyard overlooking the Edgartown Lighthouse, this hotel is a 10-minute walk from downtown Edgartown. It features an on-site restaurant, 2 bars, and sailing lessons. Never gave 10/10 reviews but this is exceptionally good

Nestled among the charming cottages of Oak Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard, this Victorian-style hotel is only steps from the island's main attractions and offers friendly, personalised service along with... My 17 years old daughter and I had a terrific stay at this hotel: it is sweet and beautiful with a big porch with rocking chairs, and conveniently located close the ocean. The staff is wonderful and makes everyone feeling welcome. They provide the guests with a lot of extras like fresh cookies and hot cider, beach towels and beach chairs and a great and healthy breakfast. All this made our stay very, very special. We hope to come back and definetely recommend it to people who hope to find peace and happiness during their vacation.

The hotel bar/restaurant ‘Town’ had excellent food too!

I had everything I needed and it was very quiet. great windows to open in the morning, amenities were exactly what I needed for my jam packed schedule to come and go easily when needed. bed was comfortable- for a solo MV trio it was perfect.
