The service and the people were absolutely amazing , I can say say without a doubt that was the best customer service we have ever received !!!!!!! But I would like to point out 3 people that just blew my mind and they went above and beyond unfortunate I don’t remember their names . I was a beautiful african American lady at the service desk and two Hispanic gentlemen , one that helped us with the suitcases and the other with our vehicle . I am German and American service has always been a bit superficial to me but these three people were so sincere in their service and friendliness it was just absolutely amazing . Please extend my deepest gratitude and thank u for being a part in our vacation .

This hotel located in St. Ignace features an evening bonfire and marshmallow roast by the beach and an indoor/outdoor pool. Views at Castle Rock are just 5 minutes’ drive away. We has a family suite and it was spacious and let the older family be separated from the younger for sleep time. Excellent! The staff was amazing. We celebrated a 93rd birthday on the property and they were so helpful with our Sanders Cake ! The kids loved an out door pool in September! And the large hot tub let them warm up. The outdoor fire was great. The waterfront view this time with tractors and flags to honor September 11 at the Bridge tractor crossing took our trip over the top. Relaxed easy and special. Not fancy just delightful and UP real:)!!

Holland is a gorgeous city on the shore of Lake Michigan. The downtown is filled with lovely architecture, and a blend of businesses from very progressive and hip to those very nostalgic. It's fun to stroll the streets, with several superb shopping and dining options. If you visit in the winter, the sidewalks are heated and free of snow or ice. If it's raining, the merchants offer free shared umbrellas. All in all, a charming slice of Midwestern Americana.

A little town that isn't much more than a few gas stations, clusters of cheap hotels, and industrial parks off Interstate 29. Acts sort of as a suburb to Sioux City proper across the river in Iowa. Interestingly, was former home to Gateway Computers, the Midwest's only indigenous computer company. Population of 2,500 and I didn't see much going on, though I didn't get far from my hotel. I did not see any downtown or residential area from where I was staying, so my impression of the place is skewed.

We were visiting family but the upper Midwest is so beautiful especially with all of the leaves changing colors. My son caught some fish , we got to be outside in the fresh air it was very quiet, peaceful and we enjoyed trying new places to eat.

South Bend, like many other cities in the Midwest, has been hit by the loss of manufacturing jobs which has caused the city to become very run down. Outside of a small area around Notre Dame, the city has a very depressed feel to it. I will not go back unless forced due to work or scholastic reasons.

Cleveland has this gritty feel to it. In a good way though. The people and the city have a much different feel than other large midwestern cities. I wouldn't say it was clean, but it was edgy. Nice change of pace.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Wyndham Cleveland airport location. At first it was the very good price for a one night stay after arriving late at night in Cleveland but after staying the first night and the locations easy access to Cleveland attractions, I stayed for the next 2 nights for my entire stay in Cleveland. The hotel was great, quiet and had nice ammenties such as the nice indoor pool and workout room. I will stay again when I am lucky to come back to this friendly midwestern city. We were stranded at airport because of midwestern storms, and felt very accommodated by you...having your Shuttle from airport, that also returned us to airport the next day. Staff at reception and housekeeping were very sweet and friendly. Room exceeded expectations and was very quiet, comfortable, fresh and clean, compared to other hotels we stayed at Thank you.

After being in many hotels across the Midwest, since covid started, Wyndham Ramada Inn, provided above and beyond customer care services. Went the extra mile. Refilled low or empty toiletries, coffee, cups, glasses, ice cube liner etc. Simple things!!! They mean so much! Way to go Wyndham! You are a cut above most hotel chains we've been to, the last 18 months.
