Compassionate and helpful staff ready to assist with any issue, no matter how big or small. They went well above and beyond assisting with a health crisis with a family member during our stay. The Eco-friendly Comfort Inn & Suites North Conway hotel is a great place to stay for families and shoppers during the summer and winter months, as well as those looking for a quiet spring or fall... Very well presented on the outside and inside. Very clean and very well maintained. Staff were friendly, helpful and well informed. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. Facilities were more than expected. Amenities good. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold options in bright and clean setting. Value was exceptional. Our overseas friends were most impressed. Best booking on our trip.
